We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Infrastructure Provisioning: Set up and maintain PERI standard workplaces with all necessary hardware and software components.
  2. Troubleshooting and Incident Management: Identify and resolve IT-related issues in the field service, documenting and prioritizing tasks in a ticket system.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or equivalent qualification.
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in IT service management.
  • Proficiency in English language at B2 level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
