  2. Relationship Management: Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisers, ensuring consistent growth of their panel through effective communication and product knowledge.
  3. New Business Identification: Assist in identifying new potential Financial Advisers and opportunities for business growth, utilizing market research and industry insights.
  4. Training and Support: Provide technical training and ongoing product support to Financial Advisers, enhancing their skills and confidence in selling our products.
  5. Sales Process Facilitation: Facilitate the sales process to ensure that Financial Advisers are going through the correct channels, resulting in increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Marketing Initiatives: Participate in proactive sales and marketing initiatives, staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitor offerings.
  7. Profitability: Build and sustain profitability in their business by analyzing market trends and making informed decisions.
  8. Market Research: Keep up-to-date with competitor product and service offerings and industry developments, making recommendations to management where necessary.
  9. Pipeline Analysis: Review New Business Pipeline, follow up, and track to ensure conversion, using data analysis and reporting tools.
  10. Presentations: Give regular one-on-one and group presentations to stakeholders, effectively communicating business strategies and results.
  11. Communication Skills: Maintain a strong telephone manner: able to make successful cold calls and sell products telephonically, utilizing persuasive techniques and product knowledge.
  12. Reporting: Conduct weekly analysis and reporting on deliverables/achievements, providing valuable insights to management.
  13. Team Collaboration: Attend regional Financial Adviser meetings and deliver on business marketing strategy to Financial Advisors, fostering a collaborative environment.

2 years experience managing a panel of Financial Advisors is essential.
