Job Title: Senior Grader

Hewitt Colenbrander Recruitment / HC Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Senior Grader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute grading of import and export loads according to regulations and standards.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control of export products.
  • Fumigate import and export stock as required.
  • Repack damaged goods and ensure packaging meets set standards.
  • Confirm lucerne grading and weekly lucerne stock confirmation.
  • Handle insurance claims and investigations of product.
  • Manage deviations on volume and mass at Durban warehouses.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong self-management and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Excellent conflict management skills.
