Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Development Trainer to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Merchandise Buying community.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver high-quality training programs on Merchandise Buying Systems.
  2. Analyze training needs for new businesses and develop tailored solutions.
  3. Train users on TFG's new and existing systems, including agile training requirements.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  5. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  6. Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation.
  7. Provide refresher training sessions to drive process and system standardisation.
  8. Work closely with the Learning and Change team to align training interventions with strategic goals.

Qualifications and Experience:
  1. A relevant tertiary qualification.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Merchandise Buying.
  3. Prior experience in coaching and knowledge transfer.
  4. Understanding of TFG Systems is desirable.
