Key ResponsibilitiesUser Research & Insights
  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, developing user personas and journey maps to guide design choices.
UX/UI Design
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile banking applications that align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal.
Collaboration & Implementation
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align UX strategies with business goals.
  • Provide UX guidance and support during the development phase, ensuring design integrity.
Skills & QualificationsEssential:
  • 4+ years of UX design experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of UX design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
