This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Distribution Centre operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the centre.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks within the Distribution Centre.
  • Support managers with procurement-related activities, including purchase requisitions and goods receipt process.
  • Manage petty cash in accordance with company policy and procedure.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Inventory Management
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to resolve stock-related issues.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in inventory management.
Quality Assurance
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
