Job Description

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and overall growth of Padel Build. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in construction management, business development, and a passion for the sport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic goals, ensuring alignment with the broader vision and mission of Padel Build.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Drive profitability and growth while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team and broader workforce. Foster a positive, results-driven company culture.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations: Maintain and build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Act as the face of the company in all external engagements.
  • Innovation and Growth: Identify and capitalize on industry trends, technological advancements, and market opportunities to keep Padel Build at the forefront of the industry.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the construction or related industry is required. Proven track record in business development and managing large-scale construction projects is essential. Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities are also required. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Passion for Padel or experience in the sports industry is a plus.
