About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer at Nintex, you will create engaging on-demand training content that enhances the transfer of knowledge needed to master our Process Platform. You will work with a global team to develop impactful training content that improves customer adoption and understanding of our products.

The successful candidate will have a natural curiosity, willingness, and ability to learn our Product Platform. They will be well-versed in on-demand training content production and able to manage projects to completion. The ideal candidate will display a customer-centric attitude and enjoy helping customers learn and grow their skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and develop effective and engaging on-demand training material.
  • Develop training content using sound writing, communication, and technical communication principles and strategies.
  • Act as your own subject matter expert by quickly and effectively learning our Product Platform.
  • Display a customer-centric attitude and enjoy helping customers learn, adopt our products, and grow their skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of working experience in technical instructional design.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, building, and configuring RPA workflows.
  • Experience with Miro, LMS, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Technical writing and multi-media design experience.
  • Ideally experience with RPA Instructional Design.
