Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent from various sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Recruitment Life Cycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to ensure a seamless experience for candidates.

  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline that meets our future needs.

Requirements
  • Education: Degree in HR, Psychology, or Business.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in recruitment, with a strong knowledge of HR-related functions.
  • Business Acumen: Sound business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, talent acquisition specialist, or similar, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
