- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and other business leaders, to ensure effective management of the recruitment process.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure we are using the most effective tools and strategies.
- Education: Degree in HR, Psychology, or Business.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in recruitment, with a strong knowledge of HR-related functions.
- Business Acumen: Sound business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of Employment Laws: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, talent acquisition specialist, or similar, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
