Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by utilizing professional sales techniques and maintaining accurate records.
  • To create customer confidence in the brand by providing professional and knowledgeable performance, ensuring efficiency and courtesy when dealing with customers.
  • To record customer's details and requirements accurately using job cards and update service history and vehicle details correctly.
  • To carry out physical inspections of vehicles with customers, noting damages and mileage on job cards.
  • To perform daily follow-ups with customers and keep them updated regarding vehicle progress.
  • To ensure completed jobs are not released without verified payment and all CPA documentation is completed correctly.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in customer service roles.
  • MATRIC / Equivalent qualification.
Compensation Package

We offer an attractive salary range estimated to be between R200,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
