We are seeking an experienced Commercial Leader to join our team at Headhunters. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and team management. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and documenting regular customer visits, collaborating with global Sales teams, generating quotations, managing metal requirements, and negotiating prices.

Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualification: A tertiary qualification or equivalent in BSc/BChem Eng or Business Management (NQF Level 7)
  • Experience: 5 years experience as Sales Manager; technical sales experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills; proven management and leadership skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
