Requirements:

  • Valid PSIRA Grading (A/B/C).
  • Proficient in MS Office and other security-related systems.
  • Proven experience with CCTV systems (mandatory).
  • Ability to work under pressure and for extended hours when required.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Minimum of 2 years in the security industry, control room, or call center environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Clean criminal record (no pending cases).
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and a high level of integrity.
  • 3 contactable references.
  • Strong discipline and accountability.

The estimated salary for this position is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
