Job Description:

The role of Debt Recovery Specialist at Express Employment Professionals involves managing the branch’s account system, debtors, invoicing, and credit applications. This position requires a strong accounting background to ensure the efficient allocation and processing of invoices.

  • Promote sales, conversions, and rentals of products to meet budget expectations.
  • Prepare and submit quotations to existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities for current and future clients.
  • Manage the customer database, performing administrative functions to complete the sales cycle.
  • Proactively contact accounts on targeted lists through the customer database.
  • Ensure prospective, current, and future clients understand and adhere to the company's standard terms and conditions.
  • Handle basic administrative duties, including day-to-day tracking of containers and credit application facilities.
  • Manage debtors to maintain a clean debtor ledger.
  • Allocate and process invoices for the branch.
  • Resolve credit-related queries and process credit notes.
  • Perform basic office administration, including switchboard operations and filing.
  • Coordinate depot maintenance and repairs of containers.
  • Supervise day-to-day depot activities.
