Job Title

**Chief Taxation Officer**

TalentCru is seeking a highly skilled Chief Taxation Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing Adcorp's Tax Strategy, ensuring compliance with all tax-related areas within the group, and providing tax support for any corporate initiatives undertaken by the group.

  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax positions and minimize tax liabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including direct tax, international tax, and VAT.
  • Manage and implement tax-related projects, including tax planning, tax compliance, and tax risk management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders in the field of taxation.
  • Lead and manage the tax team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Relevant qualification, i.e., Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law.
  • Professional certifications in finance, taxation, or related fields – would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience in the field of taxation, including tax accounting.
  • Experience working in direct tax, international tax, and VAT.
