Strategic Sales Development Representative

Sales Representative Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to build trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Presentation and Demonstration: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the value proposition and drive sales conversion.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and services that meet their requirements.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas to contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.
- Sales Activity Recording: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales Proposal and Contract Preparation: Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to ensure smooth sales process execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve shared goals.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Negotiation and Persuasion Abilities: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and drive sales growth.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and support business objectives.
- Motivation and Desire to Succeed: High level of self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales software to manage sales activities and customer data.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience an asset but not necessary.
