As a Sales Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, providing exceptional service to clients and candidates, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your role will involve identifying business opportunities, developing innovative solutions, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities by engaging with clients and candidates, as well as staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Build and maintain excellent client and candidate relationships through regular communication and engagement.
  • Gain a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, cultures, and resourcing requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage client roles, including writing and placing job ads, producing weekly mail shots, and headhunting.
  • Select and match high-quality candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring excellent outcomes for both parties.
  • Manage the interview process and negotiate remuneration packages with clients.
  • Organize and attend meetings with prospective clients to develop and strengthen existing relationships.
