Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and maintaining quality and turnaround times.
  • Monitoring outstanding information and providing feedback.
  • Tracking weekly stats for allocated consultants.
  • Corresponding with stakeholders in a personalized and responsive manner.
  • Reporting and participating in projects.
  • Processing information, communicating with stakeholders, investigating and correcting member profiles.
  • Testing membership changes and assisting with data clean-up.
  • Enhancing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Medical Scheme Industry.
  • Membership administration experience of 4-5 years.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of underwriting experience.
  • A Grade 12 qualification.
  • A Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
