- Reviewing and maintaining quality and turnaround times.
- Monitoring outstanding information and providing feedback.
- Tracking weekly stats for allocated consultants.
- Corresponding with stakeholders in a personalized and responsive manner.
- Reporting and participating in projects.
- Processing information, communicating with stakeholders, investigating and correcting member profiles.
- Testing membership changes and assisting with data clean-up.
- Enhancing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
We are looking for candidates with:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Medical Scheme Industry.
- Membership administration experience of 4-5 years.
- Minimum 3-4 years of underwriting experience.
- A Grade 12 qualification.
- A Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
