Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate process maps and procedures
  • Analyse information from various sources to inform business process mapping and documentation
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure stakeholders are included in procedure development and revision
  • Communicate relevant information to appropriate recipients following internal processes
  • Provide reports on assigned work and deliverables to the Process Lead
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in business process modelling
  • Working knowledge of RPA tools and processes
