Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team at Nedbank. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of Agile methodologies across the organization, ensuring successful project delivery, and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies across the organization, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain Agile project plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on Agile principles, practices, and tools.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of Agile training programs and materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve Agile implementation and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Proven track record of successful Agile project delivery, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Agile Practitioner (CAPM) certification.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Asana.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Kanban principles and practices.
