About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Academic Leader to join our team at SPARK Rivonia High School. As an Academic Leader, you will play a key role in driving academic excellence and student achievement at our school. You will be responsible for leading a team of teachers and staff, developing and implementing curriculum plans, and ensuring that our students receive a world-class education.

You will work closely with our Principal to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes, increase teacher effectiveness, and enhance the overall quality of our educational program. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, supervising staff, and communicating with parents and the wider community.
