Job Description

The Program Quality Leader represents the Customer Voice within Segula Technologies and ensures the interface with the customer and internally with other functions on quality matters.

Main Responsibilities
  • Quality Objectives and Planning: Identify initial Program Quality objectives, build up the quality management plan, and ensure regular follow-up.
  • Quality Achievement: Achieve Quality objectives, including Safety & Regulation, Environmental, such as PPM, Scrap, and Perceived quality, and cascade them to internal and external suppliers.
  • Risk Assessment and Monitoring: Monitor objectives achievement through risk assessment follow-up based on FMEA, Special characteristics, capabilities, Tolerance stacks, PPM, etc.
  • Process Control: Have the authority to stop any process or product delivery in case of serious non-conformance.
  • Design and Production Validation: Approve the 'Design Validation Plan' and 'Production Validation Test' established by Engineering and ensure its completion according to program milestones.
  • Measurement and Testing: Lead the development and production process for measurement, checking, and testing fixtures and gauges.
  • Control Plans: Define control plans.
  • Conformity and Traceability: Be responsible for conformity, perceived quality, and traceability of any parts delivered to the customer all along the development phases.
  • PPA and Customer Relations: Prepare and compile the PPA (Production Part Approval) files and support the Plant Quality Engineer for the submission of initial samples, including process validation audit.
  • Program Management System: Lead the relation with Customer Program Quality and apply Program Management System and Engineering Change Management and standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in the Automotive industry.
  • Quality Engineering Techniques: In-depth knowledge of quality engineering techniques.
  • Program Management System: Trained in Program Management System.
  • Customer Relationship Skills: Customer relationship skills.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Above-average communication skills, leadership skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • International Mindset: International mindset.
  • Language Skills: Minimum bi-lingual (English required).
