Senior Business Development Representative

Carlysle Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive new business development and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a self-motivated, target-driven individual who is passionate about sales.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. They will report directly to the National Sales Manager and be expected to sell to both commercial and residential clients.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have FMCG sales experience, be self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales. They must also own a reliable car and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
