This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling appointments, managing guest inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining a smooth workflow. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to address guest needs and provide personalized service.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist in a spa setting
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ESP
- Opera cloud knowledge an advantage
- Excellent client service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Pro-active mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
