Floor Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Floor Planner to join our team at DotActiv. As a Floor Planner, you will play a crucial role in creating data-driven floor plans that drive business success.

• Design and implement data-driven floor plans that optimize store layouts and improve customer experience;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of floor plans;
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform floor plan design decisions;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and preferences;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in floor planning and category management.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Consumer Science or Business Administration;
• Proven experience in retail or a related field, with a strong understanding of category management and floor planning principles;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google G-Suite, with experience in using data analysis tools and software.
