External Business Development Specialist

The External Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving customer service excellence in the assigned region, promoting/selling/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach, and generating additional business through customer acquisition in line with the company's objectives.
Key responsibilities will also include acquiring referrals and engaging in networking activities, growing customer accounts in terms of order volume and frequency, and managing customers from acquisition through maintenance and growth.
