We are a leading talent solutions company based in Pretoria, seeking an exceptional Junior Data Analysis to join our team.

Job Summary

We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately R150,000 - R200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, including the Service Management Framework (SMF).
  • Ensure timely delivery of client-defined reporting requirements, adhering to set deadlines.
  • Verify that report content meets user business requirements.
  • Meet reporting and data management standards.
  • Quality assure reports before distribution to defined users.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ad-hoc report requests (ad-hoc data analysis to support initiatives).
  • Act as the expert guide for iLearn2.0 (SumTotal) data (SumTotal Specialist).
  • Lead the automation of reporting across Technical and Non-Technical operations.
  • Integrate and standardize Technical and Non-Technical Reporting where applicable.
  • Report monthly or quarterly to NSO on Staff Turnover and Certification Status.
  • Analyze data to support Learning Demand Plan.
  • Assist with forecasting Certification targets as needed.
  • Maintain all certification reports on iLearn2.0 (SumTotal).
iLearn Administration & Support:
  • Provide onsite and remote training.
  • Support the delivery team with iLearn issues/queries.
  • Setup New User registrations and terminations.
  • Support with all related queries on iLearn2.0 (SumTotal).
  • Clear error logs daily following overnight synchronization between iLearn2.0 (SumTotal) and SAP.
  • Manage/monitor Distribution lists.
  • Register new Dealerships and Job Titles on SAP and SumTotal as required.
  • Ensure data on iLearn2.0 (SumTotal) and SAP are accurate and aligned.
  • Support training coordinators with queries regarding processes on iLearn2.0 (SumTotal).
Billing:
  • Capture monthly billing for Assessment Centre psychometric assessments.
  • Assist the Support Services Lead in verifying that training registers are closed before month-end, enabling dealers to be billed.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain professional, effective relationships with related parties.
  • Promote a positive working relationship with internal and external customers and service providers.
Reporting and Steering Committee Management:
  • Design and/or source suitable management information reports for Dealerships.
  • Prepare and present relevant information to stakeholders according to defined forums.
  • Encourage the use of management information reports in Dealerships to support training functions.
  • Attend meetings as required, communicating details to the Training Coordination team.
Process Management:
  • Ensure updates of all reported related processes and alignment to the internal Quality Management System.
  • Implement a continuous improvement approach to support ongoing business operations excellence, specifically process efficiency.
Qualifications and Relevant Experience:
  • Experience working with SumTotal, SAP, SQL, and PowerBI systems.
