Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Flexible Packaging Procurement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and purchasing within the packaging industry, specifically dealing with flexible packaging materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing packaging from pre-approved manufacturing sites globally to ensure optimal value is obtained.
  • Monitoring factory performance to ensure timely deliveries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining technical master files on the ERP system to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders and ensuring all relevant documentation is accurate and complete.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the flexible packaging industry, preferably from estimating, production planning, or procurement background.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and able to multitask and work well under pressure.
