Position Overview

Implementation of Solutions

  • Collaborating with solution consultants to fulfill client specifications and customizing solutions to align with those needs.
  • Documenting customizations, code modifications, and providing ongoing support and training for these extensions.
  • Creating and adjusting reports to satisfy client specifications.
  • Developing and sustaining code that enables effective communication between different systems.
  • Enhancing existing functionalities and performing calculations and validations using Java.
Support for Solutions
  • Addressing support tickets efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining a focus on productivity.
Administrative Duties
  • Managing time effectively through updated scheduling, timely submission of compliance documents, and prioritizing productive tasks while escalating any workload challenges.
