Cygnet Paddocks, a leading mental health services provider, is looking for a Dining Room Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality and catering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the dining room and kitchen.

About the Job

You will assist in the preparation of balanced, appetising meals, perform cooking tasks and other kitchen duties. Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen, service areas and dining room, washing utensils, dishes and storing them appropriately is crucial. Maintaining personal hygiene to comply with Cygnet standards and food hygiene regulations is essential.

Handling, maintaining and storing kitchen equipment in accordance with Cygnet procedures and using chemicals in line with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations are also important responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
