  • Help with quality checking to ensure thoroughness and completeness before sending it to brokers.
  • Assist the team with technical/escalation queries daily regarding process or system issues and log an incident or change request if required – follow up on incidents logged. If there's a training need, schedule time with Internal Communication to train them.
  • Provide clarity to team members regarding any new Underwriting guidelines (circulars) published, ensuring that if it affects the process or SOP, discuss with the Team Manager and make changes. Be responsible for making changes to SOPs and publishing them. Discuss and clarify with the Centre of Excellence if required.

This role requires strong analytical thinking skills, an appreciation of insurance and underwriting principles, and the ability to apply expertise and technology effectively.
