Job Description

Our company, J and A Admin Group Ltd, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Properties Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the management of our luxurious vacation rental properties, located in various regions of the Western Cape.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookings and guest enquiries on all booking platforms, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.
  • Liaise with guests at all hours, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and manage a small cleaning team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Coordinate with maintenance contractors as needed, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving property performance and guest satisfaction.


Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in hospitality and/or tourism (minimum National diploma/degree).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English, with a third European language being beneficial.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.


Remuneration

Our company offers a competitive salary range of R22 000 - R26 000 CTC per month, as well as a company car with fuel, company cellphone, and laptop.
