The QA Specialist (International) will work closely with our courseware development teams to review and test e-learning content, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality and accuracy. This includes reviewing course scripts, descriptions, storyboards, and other deliverables for grammar, syntax, and consistency.

Job Description:

This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. If you're passionate about creating high-quality e-learning content and have a strong background in QA, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and edit course content to ensure it meets our high standards
  • Collaborate with team members to identify issues and implement fixes
  • Test course builds and complete issue logs to ensure seamless user experience
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve content

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in eLearning QA
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good communication skills in English
