Job Description

We are currently seeking a Reservationist to assist with booking hotel rooms for guests, working with booking agents, performing site inspections, communicating with guests and colleagues, and general administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in a hospitality field (desired)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
  • Ability to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Computer literacy

Prior experience with OPERA software is an added advantage.
