As a Green Energy Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this goal by working with homeowners to help them lease a solar system with no money down and earn guaranteed cost savings. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that is dedicated to simplifying solar, improving home efficiency, and generating opportunities for the underserved.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale, building a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, and leveraging proprietary referral app and incentives to help jump-start your business. You will also be responsible for maintaining an ongoing partnership with our valued customers, offering support throughout the entire installation and activation process, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000-$200,000 USD per year, plus uncapped commission earnings for each sale. Our representatives earn a base salary with generous commission earnings for each sale, and we provide full benefits, car allowance, cell phone allowance, paid time off, 401K with company match, stock options, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth and promotion.
