The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Social and Wellbeing Lead. You will work closely with the Wellbeing Manager and other professionals to develop and deliver a quality social and wellbeing activity programme for individuals or groups primarily for people with neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Deliver Quality Social and Wellbeing Activities
  • Manage a Team of Staff
  • Oversee Provision of Social and Wellbeing Activities
  • Monitor Progress and Review Sessions
  • Promote Ravenswood Provisions to the Community
Requirements:
  • Experience Working with Adults with Learning Disabilities
  • Degree in Relevant Field or Equivalent Qualifications
  • Good Literacy, Numeracy, and ICT Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Able to Work Cooperatively in a Multi-Disciplinary Team
