We are seeking an experienced Marketing Officer to join our team as a Strategic Marketing Specialist. This role will be responsible for updating the firm's website, creating engaging content for social media, coordinating deal announcements and submissions to agencies, and drafting press releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update the firm's website with fresh content, ensuring it remains up-to-date and informative.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement and followers.
  • Coordinate deal announcements and submissions to agencies, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Draft press releases to showcase the firm's expertise and achievements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, including specialty media and conference organizers.
  • Coordinate conferences, advertising, attendance, and meeting schedules.
  • Organize events hosted by the Company, including client events at sports matches.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues at other IMAP firms to share best practices and ideas.
  • Support senior management with all marketing initiatives, including project work such as website design RFPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
