Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Dante Personnel in Johannesburg. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule staff meetings and ensure timely attendance.
Take minutes during meetings and training sessions, maintaining accurate records for future reference. - Administrative Support: Manage switchboard duties, respond to inquiries, and handle reception-related tasks efficiently.
- Documentation and Records: Update telephone trackers, maintain accurate filing systems, and assist with invoicing and payment processing.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Support to Senior Managers: Offer administrative assistance to the Branch Manager and other senior managers as required.
- Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is essential; prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A competitive salary of R160,000 - R180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
