Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Direct Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in transaction volumes through effective servicing of existing Pay@Go billers and onboarding new ones.


Responsibilities

  • Grow transaction volumes by ensuring continued engagement with existing Pay@Go billers;
  • Source and onboard new billers for Pay@Go;
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key biller stakeholders;
  • Actively engage with billers at markets, expos, and events to promote and sell Pay@Go solutions;
  • Explore innovative new solutions and collaborate across the business to drive growth;
  • Act as the primary interface between billers / prospects and departments within M3 Human Capital Management;
  • Liaise internally to ensure seamless operations pertaining to Pay@Go billers;
  • Track and report key business opportunities, sales analysis, and forecasts.


Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification preferred;
  • 2-5 years experience in the sales / payments / financial industry, with referenceable sales and relationship management experience;
  • Experience in outbound sales;
  • Understanding of payments environment beneficial;
  • Driver's license and ability to travel required;
  • Fluent English and good understanding of Afrikaans essential;
  • Additional languages seen as beneficial.
