Sales Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Direct Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in transaction volumes through effective servicing of existing Pay@Go billers and onboarding new ones.
Responsibilities
- Grow transaction volumes by ensuring continued engagement with existing Pay@Go billers;
- Source and onboard new billers for Pay@Go;
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key biller stakeholders;
- Actively engage with billers at markets, expos, and events to promote and sell Pay@Go solutions;
- Explore innovative new solutions and collaborate across the business to drive growth;
- Act as the primary interface between billers / prospects and departments within M3 Human Capital Management;
- Liaise internally to ensure seamless operations pertaining to Pay@Go billers;
- Track and report key business opportunities, sales analysis, and forecasts.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred;
- 2-5 years experience in the sales / payments / financial industry, with referenceable sales and relationship management experience;
- Experience in outbound sales;
- Understanding of payments environment beneficial;
- Driver's license and ability to travel required;
- Fluent English and good understanding of Afrikaans essential;
- Additional languages seen as beneficial.
