We're looking for a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Ajtechnicaldr As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our merchants and clients.
Duties- Provide top-notch support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or technical support in a Business Services environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
