We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Business Growth Manager KZN to join our team at Ultra Personnel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and channel partners
- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and client engagement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions
- Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Tertiary qualification preferred
- Security solutions knowledge and IT industry expertise
- Strong project management and communication skills
