Job Title: Head of Finance

Richemont is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our Executive Committee, you will be responsible for leading our finance function and providing strategic financial guidance to our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise the COO on financial matters and ensure compliance with Group and IFRS/IAS standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve performance.
  • Manage the treasury function, including cash flow forecasting, loan agreements, and tax optimization.
  • Lead the annual budget process and ensure timely and accurate budget submissions.
  • Manage and control the Finance department team, including Accounting, Retail Back-Office, and Controlling.
  • Ensure all financial activities and transactions are accurately reflected in financial records.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial statements, management information, and other reports as required.
Dimension:
  • Geographical area under responsibility: South Africa HQ for Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Company Scope: 10 Brands, 3 Boutiques, and Richemont Departments.
  • Headcount supervised: 7.
