The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Company's quality policies, processes, and systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices.
  • Establish and maintain a QMS that meets the requirements of external certification bodies.
  • Conduct regular internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and investigate non-conformities, ensuring corrective action is coordinated and implemented in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Compile monthly reports and audit findings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BEng/BTech in Quality or equivalent qualification.
  • ISO 9001 implementation experience.
  • Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing skills (advantageous).
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in quality management within a medium to large organization, with 3 years in a managing employees, performance management, and leadership role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with multiple disciplines both internally and externally.
