Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and configure SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform to improve business processes and operational functioning.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design custom solutions using Microsoft technologies.
  • Digitize and implement business processes from manual methods, including data integration, custom forms, workflows, and reports.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain departmental sites, templates, lists, and libraries.
  • Create and manage automation workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree/Technical training in IT.
  • Relevant Power Platform certification(s).
  • 3+ years in a similar role.
  • 3+ years administering SharePoint Online.
  • SharePoint/Teams certification (MCITP/MCSE).
  • JavaScript programming experience.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, SQL Server.
  • Valid South African ID.
  • No criminal record.
