The Legends Agency seeks a seasoned Construction Management Professional to oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

This role is perfect for an individual with a minimum of three years of experience in construction project management and proficiency in BuildSmart, Candy, and MS Project software.

We are looking for someone who can develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Utilize industry-standard software such as BuildSmart, Candy, and MS Project to manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress against milestones and report on status to senior management. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project timelines and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • SACPCMP registration as a Professional Construction Project Manager (PrCPM) is required.

Salary Estimate: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 depending on experience.
