Job Description

The Facilities Administrator will provide administrative support to the Facilities and Infrastructure department, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and infrastructure. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance to the Facilities and Infrastructure department
• Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and prepare communications on behalf of the department
• Complete facilities-related duties as assigned by the Head of Facilities and/or relevant direct reports
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage office equipment maintenance
• Compile presentations, reports, and maintain accurate records of activities in the facilities and infrastructure department
• Manage monthly billing and administration with stakeholders
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Drive the organization culture and lead employees within the facilities and infrastructure team

Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in a facilities and infrastructure environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driver's license
• Grade 12 (Matric) and a relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field (NQF 6)
• Facilities Management qualification advantageous
