Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Manage GRC Modules: Develop and implement effective Risk Management, Policy Management, Audit Management, and Issue Management processes using ServiceNow GRC modules.

  • Develop and Maintain IAM Processes: Create and maintain Identity and Access Management processes, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.

  • Investigate and Resolve Compliance Conflicts: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve compliance conflicts.
  • Contribute to Agile Working Model: Collaborate with the team to contribute to the Agile Working Model (AWM) as required.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Systems: Possess a diploma or degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant Cloud or AD Authentication Certification: Hold relevant cloud or AD authentication certification.
  • ITIL and Scrum Certification: Possess ITIL and Scrum certification (advantageous).
  • Minimum 4 Years of SAP GRC Experience: Have a minimum of 4 years of SAP GRC experience.
  • Minimum 6 Years of IAM Experience: Possess a minimum of 6 years of IAM experience.
Advantageous Skills
  • Experienced Understanding of Agile Working Model: Possess an experienced understanding of the Agile Working Model.
  • Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket/GitHub: Have experienced knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket/GitHub.
  • Strong Self-Starter with Excellent Time Management: Be a strong self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration: Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbally and written.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively: Be able to work both independently and collaboratively.
