Key Responsibilities
  1. Hardware Preparation and Maintenance: Prepare, allocate, and maintain IT equipment throughout the Warehouse for internal use and shipment to internal customers.
  2. Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers regarding status of repairs, ensuring that customer's questions are answered and they are satisfied with work completed.
  3. Troubleshooting and Escalation: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, imaging system, and network problems, identifying the appropriate escalation resources and following up to ensure the problem has been resolved.
  4. Knowledge Management: Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies through the effective use of knowledge management.
  5. Small Projects: Responsible for small projects within the Warehouse, working within a small team to coordinate activities and support multiple concurrent goals.
