The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and committee coordination. They will also have a strong knowledge of aviation security regulations and practices.

  • Key responsibilities include managing activities of the National Aviation Security Committee (NASC), Facilitation Committee, and engagement with ICAO and AFCAC workgroups.
  • They will also act as the liaison between internal and external committees, disseminating decisions and facilitating communication.
  • In addition, they will provide secretarial and administrative support, including record-keeping and reporting.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a National Diploma or relevant NQF Level 6 qualification, with experience in stakeholder relations or aviation committee work. A diploma in Aviation Security or relevant degree is preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in the field.
