About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Test Engineer II to lead the development and execution of performance and automation testing solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with management to apply automation strategy and plan and execute effective and efficient performance and automation testing.

Responsibilities
  • Innovate process improvements to enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.
  • Research and administer tools to lead initiatives to cost-effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
  • Develop and execute automated and performance testing for assigned projects to successfully and consistently enable delivery of high-quality software.
  • Resolve issues and results, researching and identifying root causes as appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to apply existing automation or other tools to meet testing needs.
  • Improve testing capability and efficiency by identifying areas for cooperation with other teams.
  • Conduct project reviews, ensuring review criteria are defined, and implement procedures for ensuring quality control of project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan testing for delivery of products and enhancements to assure products meet requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Have advanced knowledge of QA methodologies and knowledge of process improvement.
  • Have a BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent QA engineering experience.
  • Have in-depth experience in Java and comprehensive knowledge of Object-Oriented Principles.
  • Have experience with Selenium WebDriver.
  • Be able to develop and execute automated and performance testing.
  • Be familiar with various QA testing methods, including legacy and innovative products.
