- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- MS Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to create complex reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- At Least 3-5 Years: At least 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the BPO industry.

- Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric approach to quality assurance, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
